In addition to encouraging interaction between instructors faculties and students in the College's Departments and Graduate Institutes, including informal interaction and joint research projects. We are also vigorously promoting academic exchange with other universities and research organizations, and greater industrial cooperation as well. We hope that the outstanding results of research projects can be realized as technological applications fostering the development of our domestic biotech industry.
We promoted the integration of research interest of individual laboratory creating new programs in pharmaceutical technology, biomedicine, and biotechnology. Undergraduate students can join to obtain thorough training in their areas of interest, thereby ensuring a source of potential graduate students.
The Department of Biotechnology will focus on genetic information, protein engineering, and molecular pharmacology during its initial phase. This department plans to educate more personnel possessing a sound grasp of theory and practice, thereby enabling the country to consolidate its biotech industry.
